This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our landing page, consumer mobile/web application, and merchant web application (collectively, our "Services").

2.1. Registration and Personal Data

2.2. Interaction, Transactional, and Behavioral Data
Information automatically generated by your use of the Services, which is essential for the AI Agents and core platform functions (including personalized responses, historical data recall, and fulfillment):
- AI Interaction Data: All conversational prompts, voice inputs, and file attachments submitted to the Jong AI chatbot. This data is collected and retained for context management, learning, and fulfilling your intent.
- Transaction History: Detailed records of all past orders, bookings, e-commerce purchases, service requests (e.g., ride-hailing, food delivery), associated addresses, and transaction status. This data forms the basis for personalized actions and future requests.
- User Preferences & Context: Data inferred from your historical usage (e.g., preferred size, usual booking times, frequently used destinations) and explicit preferences (e.g., sharing settings, accessibility requirements, preferred payment method).
- Metrics Queries: Prompts related to personal spending habits, business performance, and data analysis (e.g., "Show spending this month").
- Log and Technical Data: Your IP address, device ID, browser and operating system details, access times, and diagnostic data related to application performance, crashes, or service errors.
2.3. Financial Data and Payment Processing
We do not directly collect or store sensitive financial information (such as full credit card numbers). All payment information is provided directly to our secure, PCI-compliant third-party payment processors. Our business records only retain the necessary transaction identifiers and payment channel details for accounting and commission management.
2.4. Data from AI Interactions (Prompts)
Your conversational prompts, queries, and voice inputs are collected and processed by our AI Agents. This includes Metrics Queries (e.g., "How much did I spend in Kopi Ahmad?") used to generate personalized reports and charts. This data is used solely to fulfill your specific intent and improve the accuracy of the AI Agentic models.
2.5. Merchant & Partner Data
For Merchants using the Partner Portal, we collect detailed business registration information, product catalogs, inventory levels, sales metrics, customer review data, and pricing schedules. This data is processed by the AI Assistant for automated onboarding, inventory management, and strategic sales analysis.
3. How We Use Your Information (The Legal Basis)
We process your data primarily to perform our contract with you and for legitimate business interests. Specifically, we use information collected about you via the Services to:
- Service Fulfillment: Create, manage, and process purchases, orders, and services accessed via the unified AI interface (e.g., booking a ride, ordering food).
- Personalization & Intent: Analyze your prompts and historical data to understand your intent (Semantic Analysis) and provide highly personalized, multi-step actions (Agentic AI).
- Platform Improvement: Compile anonymous statistical data and aggregated analysis to improve the efficiency, operation, and accuracy of our AI Agentic models and services.
- Merchant Support: Automate onboarding, inventory syncing, price comparison, and sales forecasting for Merchants via the AI Assistant.
- Communication: Email you regarding your account, order status, security updates, or policy changes.
- Security: Prevent fraudulent transactions, monitor unauthorized access, and ensure account integrity.
4. Disclosure and Sharing of Your Information
We share your information only when necessary to fulfill your request or for legal compliance:
4.1. Sharing with Merchants and Partners
To fulfill a transaction (e.g., order, booking), we must share necessary information with the relevant third-party Merchant or Partner. This typically includes your pickup/delivery address, contact number, name, and the specific items/services ordered. We only share the minimum data required to complete the specific transaction.
4.2. Third-Party Service Providers
We may share your data with vendors that perform functions on our behalf, including payment processors, cloud hosting (Multi-Cloud Platform), data storage (Vector DB hosting), analytics providers, and professional advisors.
4.3. Legal Compliance and Protection
We may disclose your information if legally required to do so by the laws of Malaysia, or if we believe it is necessary to respond to legal processes, investigate violations of our Terms, or protect the rights, property, and safety of our Company, our Merchants, or the public.
5. Your Privacy Rights (PDPA & GDPR)
In compliance with the PDPA and general international standards, you have the right to:
- Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Correction: Request correction of any inaccurate or incomplete data we hold about you.
- Withdrawal of Consent: Withdraw your consent for processing where consent is the legal basis (note: withdrawing consent may restrict your access to certain services).
- Erasure ('Right to be Forgotten'): Request the deletion of your personal data, subject to certain legal obligations (e.g., transaction records required for tax or accounting purposes).
